Thanks for purchasing from JacAmanda Art! We hope you love your greetings cards and endeavour to ensure our products are of high quality and closely resemble the image on screen. However, if our cards do not meet your expectations, you may cancel your order and return the products within 14 days of receipt. As long as the goods are returned as new, with all packaging intact, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund return postage costs in these circumstances.
If your greeting cards arrive damaged or an error is made with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt and explain the reason for return.
For items damaged in transit, please provide us with photographic evidence, to enable us to submit a claim to Royal Mail.
For returns damaged in transit or errors on our part, a full refund will be issued, including return postage costs.
To request a return/refund, please complete the form below stating your order number, name, email and reason for return. You may also use this form for order cancellations, stating ‘Cancellation’, as your reason.
Your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days on receipt of your return. Alternatively, replacements will be provided if preferred.
